- Material: Ceramic (dishwasher, dryer, and microwave safe)
- Capacity & Shape: Multiple sizes and shapes available. Please specify your preferred capacity and style for quotation based on existing molds.
- Inner Color: Optional color-glazed interior and handle for a stylish finish.
- Printing Method: Heat transfer printing (suitable for photos, QR codes, and logos)
- Printable Area: 350ml mug: approx. 20 × 9 cm or 480ml mug: approx. 20 × 10 cm
- Printing cannot cover the entire surface — leave about 2mm blank on top/bottom and 20mm on both sides.
- Artwork Requirements: Provide clear JPG file; AI file preferred for higher print clarity.
- MOQ: 100 pcs per design
- Packaging: Each mug is individually packed with a protective EPS foam insert and placed in a white box for safe transport. The white boxes are then packed into a master carton for shipment. (Please refer to the photos for reference.)

From Design Layout to Finished Custom Coffee Mug
To help you visualize your design, this template illustrates the printable area for both 350ml (20 × 9 cm) and 480ml (20 × 10 cm) mugs. The flat layout clearly shows how your logo or artwork wraps around the mug’s surface.
During production, the design is applied by heat transfer printing, precisely aligned to create a smooth, continuous look across the front, side, and back.
Please note: a 2mm blank margin on the top and bottom, and 20mm on each side, is required for accurate printing. This guide ensures your custom promotional mugs are produced exactly as planned — clean, vivid, and perfectly positioned.
