Custom Wine Stem Tag Options & Construction
Choose the embroidery colors, tag size, and center opening to suit your design and stem requirements. Each tag is made with a twill fabric base, satin-stitched and heat-cut edges, and a clean twill backing.
Up to 9 Embroidery Colors
Each design can use up to 9 embroidery colors for logos, text, icons, and other artwork. Fine details may need to be simplified for clearer stitching.
Customizable Size & Center Opening
Our reference sample is 68 mm in diameter. The finished size and center opening can be customized to suit different designs and stem dimensions.
Satin-Stitch & Heat-Cut Edge
The outer edge, center opening, and slit are finished with satin-stitch embroidery and heat cutting. A traditional merrowed border is not suitable for this slit construction.
Clean Twill Backing
The reverse side is finished with twill fabric and has no exposed embroidery, providing a clean appearance from either side.
